Pursuant to current regulations governing personal data protection, Inusual Events Comunicación S.L.U. informs that the personal data gathered by means of the forms in its website www.inusualevents.com are included in the specific automatic user files of the services of Inusual Events Comunicación S.L.U.
The automatic gathering and processing of personal data is for the purpose of maintaining the commercial relationship and performing tasks concerning information, training, counselling and other specific activities of Inusual Events Comunicación S.L.U.
This data will only be ceded to entities that are necessary with the sole objective of fulfilling the aforementioned purpose.
Inusual Events Comunicación S.L.U. implements the necessary measures to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of data per the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 concerning protection of natural persons with respect to personal data processing and free movement of same and repealing the former LOPD, the new Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on data protection and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).
The user can at any time exercise the rights of access, opposition, rectification, cancellation, limitation and portability recognised in the cited Regulation (EU). The user declares that all the data facilitated by him or her is true and correct and commits to maintaining it updated, informing Inusual Events Comunicación S.L.U. of any changes.

What is our reason for processing your personal data?
At Inusual Events Comunicación S.L.U. we process your personal data gathered by means of the website www.inusualevents.com for the following purposes:
- The process of archiving, updating systems, protection and custody of information and company databases;
- To electronically send promotional information;
- To provide information requested by the user by means of the contact form.
We remind you that you can oppose the sending of commercial communications by any channel and at any time by sending an email to the address indicated above.
It is compulsory to fill out the fields of those registers; if that information is not provided it will be impossible to fulfil the expressed purposes.
How long will the gathered personal data be preserved?
The personal data provided will be kept as long as the business relationship is maintained or until its removal is requested and during the period in which legal liability may derive from the services rendered.
Legitimation:
The processing of your data is done per the following legal bases which legitimate it:
- The request for information and/or contracting of the services of Inusual Events Comunicación S.L.U., whose terms and conditions will be placed at your disposal in any case prior to any eventual contracting;
- Free, specific, informed and unequivocal consent inasmuch as we inform you, placing at your disposal this privacy policy, which after reading and if agreeing to it you can accept by means of a declaration or a clear affirmative action, such as marking a box provided for that purpose.
If you do not provide us with your information or do so in an erroneous or incomplete manner, we will not be able to fulfil your request and it will be impossible to provide you with the requested information or proceed with contracting of the services.

Data gathered by users of the services
In cases where the user includes files with personal data in shared hosting servers, Inusual Events Comunicación S.L.U. will not assume responsibility for noncompliance by the RGPD user.
Intellectual property rights – www.inusualevents.com
Inusual Events Comunicación S.L.U. is the holder of all the rights of authorship, intellectual property, industrial know-how and any other rights associated to the content of the website www.inusualevents.com and the services offered in same, and of the programs needed to implement them and the associated information.
The total or partial reproduction, publication and/or use that is not strictly private of the content of the website www.inusualevents.com is not permitted without prior written consent.
Intellectual property of the software
The user should respect the programs of third parties placed at his or her disposal by Inusual Events, S.L., even when free of charge and/or publicly available.
Inusual Events Comunicación S.L.U. has the necessary exploitation and intellectual property rights for the software.
The user does not acquire any right whatsoever or licence for the service contracted, over the software needed to provide the service or regarding the technical information for monitoring the service, except for the rights and licences needed to fulfil the contracted services and only for their duration.
For any action that goes beyond fulfilment of this contract, the user will need written authorisation from Inusual Events Comunicación S.L.U.; users are not allowed to access, modify or view the configuration, structure and files of the servers owned by Inusual Events Comunicación S.L.U., assuming civil and criminal liability derived from any incident that may occur in the servers and security systems as a direct result of negligent or malicious conduct on their part.
Intellectual property of the hosted content
Usage of the services provided by Inusual Events Comunicación S.L.U. that is contrary to legislation on intellectual property is forbidden, particularly:
- Usage that is contrary to Spanish laws or infringes the rights of third parties;
- The publication or transmission of any content which Inusual Events Comunicación S.L.U. deems to be violent, obscene, abusive, illegal, racial, xenophobic or defamatory;
- Cracks, program series numbers or any other content that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties;
- The gathering and/or use of personal data of other users without their express consent or contrary to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, concerning protection of natural persons with respect to personal data processing and free movement of same;
- Use of the domain’s mail server and email addresses to send unsolicited bulk mailings.
Users are entirely responsible for respective web content, information transmitted and stored, hypertext links, claims from third parties and legal actions concerning intellectual property, third-party rights and protection of minors.
The user is responsible with respect to laws and regulations currently in force and rules that concern the functioning of the online service, electronic commerce, author’s rights and upholding of public order, as well as universal internet usage principles.
The user shall indemnify Inusual Events Comunicación S.L.U. for expenses generated by the imputation of Inusual Events Comunicación S.L.U. in any case whose liability is attributable to the user, including fees and expenses for legal defence, even in the case of a non-final court ruling.
Protection of hosted information
Inusual Events Comunicación S.L.U. makes security copies of content hosted in its servers. However, it is not responsible for the loss or accidental deletion of data by users. Likewise, it does not guarantee full replacement of data deleted by users, as that data could have been eliminated and/or modified during the period of time since the last security copy.
The services offered, except specific backup services, do not include the replacement of content kept in the security copies made by Inusual Events Comunicación S.L.U. when the respective loss can be attributed to the user; in such case, a rate will be determined according to the complexity and volume of the recovery, always with the user’s prior acceptance.
The replacement of deleted data is only included in the price of the service when the loss of content is due to causes that can be attributed to Inusual Events Comunicación S.L.U.
Commercial communications
Pursuant to the LSSI [Information Society Services Act] Inusual Events Comunicación S.L.U. will not send advertising or commercial communications by email or other equivalent means of electronic communication which were not previously requested or expressly authorised by the respective addressees.
However, in the case of users with whom there is a prior contractual relationship, Inusual Events Comunicación S.L.U. is authorised to send commercial communications referring to products or services of Inusual Events Comunicación S.L.U. which are similar to those that were initially the object of contracting with the client.
In any case, after accrediting his or her identity, the user can request through the Customer Service channels that no further commercial information be forwarded.
